• Monitor and maintain vendor accounts to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Reconcile accounts payable records and assist with month-end close activities.
• Maintain vendor information, payment terms, tax documentation, and account records.
• Partner with project managers and operations teams to track job costs and vendor activity.
• Support continuous improvement efforts within the accounts payable function.
• Assist with additional accounting and administrative projects as needed.

Position Overview

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing invoices, ensuring timely vendor payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting month-end accounting activities. Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $23.37 – $31.00 per hour
