• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process vendor invoices while ensuring proper coding and approvals.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation to verify accuracy.
• Prepare and process payments through checks, ACH transactions, and wire transfers.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Communicate with vendors to address payment inquiries and maintain strong business relationships.
• Assist with month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and financial reporting support.
• Maintain organized accounts payable records and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Provide support for additional accounting and administrative projects as needed.
