Job summary

CFS is seeking an AP Specialist in Brownsburg, IN to join a stable accounting team. The role focuses on timely invoice processing, approvals, and payments in a medium-to-high volume AP environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Associate's degree required.
• Experience with 3-way matching.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a medium-to-high volume AP environment.

Responsibilities

• Review AP entries to ensure invoices are processed accurately and paid on time.
• Verify and obtain approval for non-inventory invoices and enter invoices into ERP.
• Prepare check runs and process daily discount payments.
• Review aging reports and process credit card and EFT payments.
• Communicate directly with vendors to resolve questions and payment issues.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of a medium-to-high volume of invoices.
