Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior AP Manager to lead a high-volume accounts payable function in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will oversee the AP team, vendor payments, and processes while partnering with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance.

The role emphasizes SAP S/4HANA usage, month-end close support, internal controls, and ongoing automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive AP experience with leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of high-volume AP, PO processes, three-way matching, and vendor management.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA for AP processing preferred.
• Manufacturing, food, CPG, or distribution experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the AP team and daily operations.
• Manage high-volume invoice processing and vendor payments.
• Oversee 2-way/3-way matching, PO invoices, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Utilize SAP S/4HANA for AP processing, reporting, and workflow management.
• Resolve vendor, pricing, receiving, and payment discrepancies.
• Support month-end close, audits, and internal controls.
• Drive AP automation and process improvements.
