Job summary

Beacon Hill seeks a Senior AP Manager to lead a high-volume accounts payable function in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will oversee the AP team, vendor payments, and controls while partnering with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance.

The role requires 5+ years of progressive AP experience with leadership, SAP S/4HANA expertise, and strong Excel and analytical/communication skills. This position emphasizes process improvements and month-end close support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive AP experience with leadership responsibility.
• SAP S/4HANA experience strongly preferred.
• Manufacturing, food, CPG, or distribution experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of high-volume AP, PO processes, three-way matching, and vendor management.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills.
