Our client in the Allen, TX area is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join their team! This position will be temp-to-hire and fully on-site, Monday through Friday in their Allen location.

Key Responsibilities

• Support accounts payable operations across four locations
• Process AP invoices, including purchase orders and inventory related invoices, and perform three-way matching
• Research vendor debits and credits, and reconcile credit card and vendor statements
• Perform weekly check runs and process ACH payments
• Communicate professionally with vendors and internal personnel when needed
