Job summary

Holman is seeking a Supervisor- Accounts Payable & Receivable to lead day-to-day AP/AR activities for the assigned business line, ensuring accurate processing, timely collections, and reliable financial reporting. You will supervise and develop AP/AR staff, enforce internal controls, partner with stakeholders, and drive process improvements, automation, and month-end close accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years progressive experience in accounts payable/receivable or related accounting functions.
• Experience with invoice and payment processing, collections, account reconciliation, cash application, journal entries, and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Supervise and develop AP/AR staff; set priorities and monitor performance.
• Oversee processing of vendor invoices/payments per policies and terms.
• Monitor customer accounts and lead collections on overdue balances.
• Maintain internal controls and complete month-end close activities.
