ARDEX Americas is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead the AP team at our Center Township, PA headquarters. The role focuses on timely invoice processing, robust controls, and developing staff capability.

You will manage vendor relationships, oversee weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, wires), and partner with Purchasing, Logistics, and Operations to resolve discrepancies. Strong SAP and Excel skills and hands-on leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and internal controls.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day accounts payable functions and review invoices for accuracy.
• Supervise AP staff, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with policies and external audit requirements.
• Oversee weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, wire transfers) and vendor relations.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics, Operations to resolve discrepancies.
