Job summary

Holman is seeking an Administrator – Accounting – A/R in New Jersey. You will manage past due receivables, ensure accurate application of payments, and maintain thorough client interaction notes. The role requires SAP and advanced Excel skills to generate reports and identify billing trends.

You will support Billing and Account Management, coordinate client calls, and monitor delinquency accounts to protect Treasury operations. A 3–5 year AR background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred or equivalent collections experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience preferred but not required.
• 3-5 years’ experience in B2B collections, accounts receivable, accounting, or auditing.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up on past due receivables while maintaining excellent client relationships.
• Reconcile and ensure client payments are applied timely.
• Maintain notes on A/R reports and in the financial system of all client interactions.
• Identify trends/billing issues and coordinate with contacts for resolution.
• Escalate issues to A/R management and internal departments when needed.
• Work in BRIM/SAP on clearing items and pulling client statements.
• Coordinate with Billing and Account Management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze payments in Excel and create reports using VLOOKUP or pivot tables.
• Manage delinquency accounts affecting Treasury borrowing capacity.
• Handle approximately 450–500 accounts monthly for open AR.
