Confidencial is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations with a primary focus on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on role supports month-end close, ensures US GAAP compliance, and provides technical accounting guidance to the team.

You will supervise AP/AR activities, review journal entries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and drive accuracy in financial reporting.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience required, preferably in manufacturing or multi-entity environment.
• Strong hands-on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable accounting experience required.
• Experience with US GAAP, accrual-based accounting, revenue recognition, and period-end accruals.
• Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations required.

Mansioni

• Supervise daily AP/AR activities and ensure accurate, timely processing of invoices, payments, cash collections, and related transactions.
• Serve as primary accounting escalation point and provide hands-on support on transaction processing, technical accounting matters, and issue resolution.
• Monitor AP operations and provide backup support to ensure uninterrupted processing.
• Review and post journal entries for accuracy and US GAAP compliance.
• Support month-end close activities including reconciliations and accruals.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Procurement and cross-functional teams to align financial processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes through automation and standardization.
