WGI, located in West Palm Beach, FL, seeks an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage both vendor invoices and client payments. The role reports to the Corporate Controller and ensures timely, accurate processing of financial transactions.

As part of a growing consulting firm, you will work with a collaborative team and leverage BST/QuickBooks to maintain records and support month-end close. Relevant experience in professional services is preferred.

• Experience in AP/AR preferred.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Verify, code, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.
• Schedule and prepare electronic transfers, ACH payments, and check runs.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Review expense reports for proper coding and approvals.
• Maintain vendor records and 1099 tracking.
• Monitor AP aging and flag post-due balances.
• Review post-due customer accounts and assist with collections.
• Research unapplied/misapplied payments and process corrections.
• Prepare collection reports and coordinate write-offs.
