Good Greek Moving and Storage is seeking an organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in West Palm Beach, FL. You will manage full-cycle AP, approve and code vendor invoices, process payments, and assist with month-end close.

• Experience as Accounts Payable Specialist or similar accounting role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics and vendor invoice processing.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices within QuickBooks accurately.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Code, approve, and process invoices for payment per policies.
• Maintain organized records of AP transactions and supporting docs.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve billing issues.
• Assist with month-end close and AP reconciliations/reporting.
• Collaborate with internal departments for accurate financial info flow.
• Process employee expense reports per guidelines.
• Support accounting team with ad hoc tasks and projects.
