Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office and large ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Address accounts payable inquiries in a timely manner.
• Research vendor discrepancies and communicate effectively.
• Enter and process vendor and contractor invoices timely and accurately.
• Ensure proper coding of invoices and expenses.
• Reconcile vendor statements and outstanding invoices.
• Assist with month end close pertaining to Accounts Payable.
