Jobot is hiring an AP/AR Specialist in Los Angeles, CA, on-site and permanent. The role covers processing AP and AR activities, vendor management, invoicing, collections, and month-end close. You will handle high-volume AP tasks, monitor AR balances, and ensure accurate billing and timely payments while collaborating with vendors and customers to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Experience processing high-volume vendor invoices.
• Strong accuracy in coding and approvals.
• Knowledge of GL coding and vendor setup.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review invoices for accuracy, proper coding, supporting documentation, and approvals.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts.
• Enter invoices into the accounting system with correct GL coding.
• Process vendor payments via checks, ACH, and wires.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with AP month-end close and accruals.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoice status.
