Job summary

Ledgent Finance & Accounting in Minneapolis is seeking multiple AR Specialists to support a busy team during an ERP transition and peak season. This highly collaborative, customer-facing role focuses on payment processing, order support, and account maintenance rather than collections. Schedule: Fully onsite for training, hybrid after training period (3 days onsite / 2 days out).

Duration: 3–6 months. Start Date: ASAP. Pay: $27-$32/hr DOE.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of AR, customer service, order management, or related experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems (D365 a plus).
• Comfortable handling a high volume of customer interactions.
