Genius seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage order-to-cash processes, invoicing, collections, and credit analysis. This onsite role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners, primarily in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills offices.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and at least 3 years of AR experience, with proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and NetSuite. 3–4 days per week onsite preferred.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years in accounts receivable or similar finance role.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).

Mansioni

• Oversee credit terms review and reference checks.
• Generate accurate invoices and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Monitor payments within terms and arrange payment plans as needed.
• Record and reconcile AR data daily with accuracy.
• Reconcile AR ledger monthly and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to customer billing inquiries promptly via email/phone.
• Post customer payments from wires/ACH/checks/PayPal and ensure correct posting.
• Maintain AR records and customer communications.
• Produce daily AR status reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal/external parties to optimize collections.
