Victor Sierra Aviation in Baldwin City, KS is seeking an AP/AR Associate to support and optimize high-volume accounts payable and accounts receivable operations across its family of aviation entities.

You will manage ERP-integrated AP workflows, perform 3-way matching, invoice processing, cash application, and collections while driving process improvements and system optimizations within a collaborative Finance team.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex transactional issues.
• Experience in a high-volume accounts payable environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and AP automation software (invoice capture, workflow routing, and exception management).
• Advanced understanding of 3-way matching processes and procure-to-pay workflows.
• Ability to interpret purchasing, receiving, and invoicing data to resolve discrepancies.
• Strong organizational skills to manage large transaction volumes and competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Excel and financial systems navigation.
• Experience with accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, cash application, and collections.
• Comfortable communicating directly with customers on payment, billing, and account matters.
• Effective communicator who can work collaboratively with vendors, customers, purchasing, sales, and accounting staff.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and financial data integrity.

Responsabilités

• Invoice Processing & 3-Way Matching: manage high-volume AP processing with ERP-integrated automation and 3-way matching.
• Perform 3-way match analysis between POs, receiving, and vendor invoices; resolve discrepancies.
• Research and resolve 3-way match exceptions including pricing and quantities.
• Utilize AP automation workflows to monitor invoice queues, routing, and exceptions.
• Monitor aged receiving reports, unmatched invoices, and system exceptions; drive resolution with Purchasing and Vendors.
