Job summary

Surf Air Mobility is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead and optimize AP operations across multiple legal entities. The role focuses on strong NetSuite ERP management, cash-flow coordination, and maintaining rigorous internal controls for a publicly traded aviation company.

You will collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, and Operations to ensure accurate vendor payments and timely financial close for the Addison, TX location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounts payable or accounting experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP including vendor management, invoice processing, and AP reporting.
• Experience in a multi-entity or multi-subsidiary environment.
• Public company/SOX experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounts payable across multiple entities and entities, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Oversee invoice processing, coding, approvals, vendor payments and reconciliations.
• Manage weekly payment runs and coordinate with Treasury to optimize cash flow.
• Develop AP dashboards, saved searches, aging reports, and KPIs.
• Support SOX compliance, internal controls, audits and financial close.
