Arize AI, a remote-first Series C company, is hiring an Account Executive to find, win, and grow new customers in the AI observability space. You’ll engage AI/ML leaders, run end-to-end sales cycles, and close deals with enterprise clients while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

We value a fast-paced, client-obsessed mindset, willingness to learn sales technologies, and the ability to thrive with limited processes.

Formación

• 5+ years enterprise SaaS sales experience; hungry, aggressive and motivated.
• Familiarity or willingness to learn sales technologies to find prospects.
• Self-starter and comfortable working in limited process environments.
• Full-cycle sales experience and ability to navigate enterprise deals.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration within a team.

Responsabilidades

• Be a networker, seller and closer.
• Build relationships with AI/ML stakeholders and be an active community member.
• Conduct discovery with prospects and share the Arize vision.
• Run a sophisticated prospecting strategy to find deals and grow revenue.
• Create sales plays, write talk tracks and identify new business opportunities.
• Deeply research accounts, stakeholders and competitors.
• Manage proofs of concept, drive adoption and grow accounts, navigating stakeholders.
