Job summary

Arize AI, a remote-first AI observability platform, is hiring a Growth Account Executive to own renewals and expansion for a fast-moving SMB book. You’ll close deals quickly, protect revenue, and identify upsell opportunities throughout contract terms.

You’ll partner with CS, Solutions Engineering, Product and Support to remove blockers and drive measurable outcomes, while leveraging usage data to steer accounts toward expansion and retention.

Qualifications

• Ability to move quickly in high-velocity, renewal/expansion cycles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own renewals end-to-end, forecast, negotiate and close to protect revenue.
• Drive mid-term expansion with upsell/cross-sell during contract term.
• Monitor usage signals and act on data to prevent churn.
• Manage a high volume of concurrent, transactional deals.
• Collaborate with CS, Solutions Eng, Product and Support to land outcomes.
• Provide field learnings to Product, Solutions and Sales teams.
