• Current Nursing Assistant I designation with NC DHHS and BLS certification.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage patient care assignments.

• Observes, collects, and documents patient information and reports changes to RN or provider.
• Participates in patient safety issue identification and reporting.
• Assists with admission, orientation, and discharge of patients.
• Performs routine care activities including vital signs, measurements, specimen collection, and basic wound care.
• Provides direct personal care for activities of daily living and assists with ambulation.
• Supports teaching and assists providers during examinations and procedures.
