Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identifies and prioritizes nursing needs of patients and families.
• Performs nursing interventions under RN supervision as outlined in the plan of care.
• Provides direct personal care and monitors vital signs, I&O as assigned.
• Assists with admission, discharge planning, and patient teaching.
