AnswerAide seeks enthusiastic full-time, part-time, and on-call Answering Service Agent to provide quality customer service over the phone. As a virtual receptionist, you will handle inbound calls, collect customer data, and relay information to clients with professionalism.

You should be able to multitask, type 40+ WPM, follow scripts, and maintain accurate notes. A resident of AL, FL, GA, or TX is preferred; Windows 11 PC and reliable internet are required.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of 40+ words per minute with minimal errors.
• Ability to follow instructions and scripts accurately.
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication skills.
• Solid computer skills and comfortable with office software.
• Bilingual ability is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls and place outbound calls as needed.
• Collect customer data and provide basic information about services.
