Job summary

The Food Pantries for the Capital District seeks an Annual Giving & Donor Relationship Manager to lead day-to-day management of annual giving campaigns, pledge programs, and donor communications. This role partners with the Chief Advancement Officer to keep calendars, projects, and donor records organized and on track.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating fundraising events, maintaining CRM data quality, producing routine reports, and ensuring timely follow-up and donor

Qualifications

• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM software and donor data management; Neon One is a plus.
• Experience planning and supporting fundraising events.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual giving campaigns and pledge programs.
• Manage donor data quality and CRM records.
• Coordinate fundraising events, budgets, logistics, and volunteer teams.
• Prepare reporting on revenue, pledges, and donor engagement.
• Provide administrative support to Development and Communications team.
• Supervise the Advancement Operations & Communications Coordinator.
