Weill Cornell Medicine seeks a Leadership Annual Giving Officer to coordinate donor pipeline programs and execute the work plan for Grateful Patient, Recurring Giving, and Partners in Medicine outreach. The role renews, retains, and upgrades donors to pass to senior gift officers, under the Director of Philanthropy Engagement and Annual Giving.

You will manage a personal prospect portfolio, develop individualized strategies, and work with BBEC to identify opportunities while ensuring data

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-2 years frontline donor experience.
• Experience with fundraising databases.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Executes direct marketing work plan for grateful patient outreach and leadership giving society.
• Increases membership, retention, and upgrade rates.
• Identifies, qualifies, and refers major and planned giving prospects.
• Maintains a personal prospect portfolio and develops strategies from discovery to closure.
• Responds to donor inquiries and ensures data integrity in BBEC.
• Collaborates with Operations to adhere to donor outreach guidelines and privacy.
