Job summary

The Food Bank of Northern Nevada seeks an experienced Annual Giving Advisor to grow annual and monthly giving programs in collaboration with Development and Marketing teams. This role coordinates direct marketing, donor communications, campaign reporting, and agency partnerships to optimize revenue, reporting to the Senior Director of Development.

Qualifications

• Associates degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, communications, project management, donor relations, or nonprofit administration.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines, and working with databases, CRM, or reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual giving strategies across direct mail, digital, and integrated fundraising channels, including messaging, segmentation, and revenue projections.
• Drive growth, retention, and stewardship of the monthly giving program (EPIC Squad).
• Serve as primary liaison for direct marketing vendors and fundraising agencies, managing timelines, deliverables, and performance.
• Coordinate donor acknowledgment, stewardship, and recognition activities, and support donor events and appreciation campaigns.
• Cultivate and steward monthly and annual donors via phone calls and emails.
