Job summary

Central Health Foundation seeks an Annual Campaign and Donor Stewardship Manager to lead year‑round giving and donor stewardship. You will develop strategy, calendars, journeys, and stewardship touchpoints, aligning with major gifts and other partners to optimize donor impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in nonprofit management, fundraising, communications, or a related field.
• Master's Degree preferred in nonprofit management, fundraising, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in annual giving, donor stewardship, and multichannel campaigns.
• Experience with donor segmentation, acquisition, renewal, retention, recurring giving, or upgrades.
• Experience creating donor communications, appeals, and stewardship content.
• Experience using a fundraising CRM to manage campaigns, activity, lists, and reporting.
• Ability to analyze campaign data, donor behavior, and ROI.
• Strong collaboration across communications, operations, finance, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multichannel annual giving and stewardship programs.
• Design donor journeys and segmentation for various donor groups.
• Plan acquisition, renewal, retention, and upgrades across campaigns.
• Coordinate communications and ownership with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain CRM data quality, reports, and dashboards on performance.
• Lead campaigns, calendars, vendors, and external partners.
