Jewish Family Service of Colorado seeks an Annual Giving Manager to lead donor cultivation, solicitation, relationship building, and pipeline management for the organization’s annual fund programs. This role reports to the Director of Development and works within a collaborative Development team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in development, fundraising, annual giving, or related field.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Technically adept with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems like Raiser's Edge and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages donor cultivation, solicitation, and relationship management for annual fund donors.
• Oversees gifts and event sponsorships within the $1,000+ range and builds the donor pipeline.
• Performs prospect and donor research, meetings, stewardship, and solicitation activities.
• Identifies legacy commitments and collaborates on strategies for success with the Legacy Giving Advisor.
• Meets giving metrics and supports annual appeals, campaigns, and cultivation events.
