Job summary

DriveTime is seeking an Ancillary Specialist in Mesa, AZ to oversee cancellation of ancillary products and file GAP claims. You will ensure funds are correctly applied or refunded, and work with product providers to resolve discrepancies.

You will also navigate third-party loss portals, audit results, and support other departments with cancellations and reinstatements in a fast-paced, detail‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in collections, customer service, sales or retail.
• Knowledge in insurance or claims a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cancellation of ancillary products and filing GAP claims.
• Ensure correct funds are applied to loans or returned to customers.
• Communicate with product providers to process cancellations and resolve discrepancies.
• Navigate third-party loss portals to enter cancellation requests.
• Conduct audits and analyze reports to ensure proper refunds.
• Assist other departments with inquiries related to cancellations and reinstatements.
