Bridgecrest-Credit-Company, LLC is seeking an Ancillary Specialist to manage all aspects of ancillary products, including cancellations and GAP claims. You will ensure accurate fund applications and timely processing with internal and external partners.

The role requires sharp attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of experience in collections or customer service, a high school diploma or GED, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in collections, customer service, sales or retail.
• Knowledge in insurance or claims is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work 6am-3pm and maintain regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of ancillary products, including cancellation of products and filing gap claims.
• Analyze, identify, and remediate errors; ensure funds are applied correctly or refunded.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to process cancellations promptly.
• Navigate third-party portals to enter cancellation requests and follow up with insurers for documentation.
• Conduct audits and analyze reports to ensure proper cancellations and refunds.
• Assist other departments with inquiries related to cancellation and reinstatement of ancillary products.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring the correct amount of funds are applied to the loan or returned to the customer. Work with internal and external business partners to ensure cancellations are processed in a timely manner. This role requires an ability to analyze, identify, and efficiently remediate any errors.In long, you will:Gather and review documents to cancel ancillary products manually and systematically in accordance with policy and procedure.Communicate with various product providers to ensure timely processing of cancellations and to resolve outstanding discrepancies.Navigate third party total loss portals to enter cancellation requests.File GAP in a timely manner with the correct GAP provider and follow up with insurance companies for documentation needed.Conduct audits and analyze reporting to ensure proper cancellation and application of refunds.Assist other departments with inquiries related to the cancellation and reinstatement of ancillary products.Utilize approved databases, tools, and websites to assist in the overall ancillary process.Perform other related duties as assigned.So What Kind of Folks Are We Looking for?Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
