DriveTime is seeking an Ancillary Specialist in Mesa, AZ to oversee cancellation of ancillary products and file GAP claims. You will ensure funds are correctly applied or refunded, and work with product providers to resolve discrepancies.

You will also navigate third-party loss portals, audit results, and support other departments with cancellations and reinstatements in a fast-paced, detail‑driven environment.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring the correct amount of funds are applied to the loan or returned to the customer. Work with internal and external business partners to ensure cancellations are processed in a timely manner.
