Bridgecrest-Credit-Company, LLC is seeking an Ancillary Specialist to manage all aspects of ancillary products, including cancellations and GAP claims. You will ensure accurate fund applications and timely processing with internal and external partners.

The role requires sharp attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of experience in collections or customer service, a high school diploma or GED, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in collections, customer service, sales or retail.
• Knowledge in insurance or claims is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work 6am-3pm and maintain regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of ancillary products, including cancellation of products and filing gap claims.
• Analyze, identify, and remediate errors; ensure funds are applied correctly or refunded.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to process cancellations promptly.
• Navigate third-party portals to enter cancellation requests and follow up with insurers for documentation.
• Conduct audits and analyze reports to ensure proper cancellations and refunds.
• Assist other departments with inquiries related to cancellation and reinstatement of ancillary products.
