You will handle calls, chat and email support, identify and resolve inquiries, and help maintain excellent customer relationships in a dynamic technology environment. Remote work is not available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role.
• Proficient in navigating a CRM or multiple software applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers promptly and professionally.
• Identify the type of assistance needed and escalate when required.
• Deliver information in a positive, compassionate manner to build client relationships.
• Manage customer expectations and engage in online chat.
• Assist with tickets including product support and signup issues.
• Provide mail support tasks as needed (mail sorting, digital uploading, etc.).
• Support escalations, analytics and reporting as applicable.
