Cribl, a leading data observability platform, seeks an Analytics Business Partner to translate product and customer work into consistent data models and reporting across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions.

Reporting to the VP of Data & Analytics within Cribl's Business Operations, you will drive solutions for non-routine events, lead cross-functional initiatives, and help define success metrics for new products and acquisitions.

Formación

• 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics.
• Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions.
• You can join multiple tables, write a CTE, and get the aggregation grain right.
• Given a reporting issue, you know not to default to a data-only answer and can identify root causes.
• Ability to flex your communication style for execs and operational teams.
• Experience ensuring data and reporting keep up after an acquisition or product launch.
