Cribl is transforming from a flagship product company into a multi-product powerhouse. As an Analytics Business Partner, you will translate new products and acquisitions into our data, reporting, and analytics models, collaborating with GTM, Finance, Product, IT, and other teams.

You’ll own the process of defining values, attribution, and data governance across time zones. You’ll report to the VP of Data & Analytics within Cribl's Business Operations group, partnering horizontally rather than

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics.
• Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions.
• Ability to join multiple tables, write a CTE, and get the grain right.
• Hands-on query and dashboard work not primary in this role.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and drive the solution across cross-functional teams to deliver on reporting and data needs.
• M&A integration: align acquired products and customers with our reporting models post-close.
• New product launch: ensure metrics definitions and tracking align with product success measures.
• Keep execution moving: sequence work streams across Data & Analytics teams and push for pace.
• Stand up the BI Council: run cross-functional alignment on measures, attributes, and hierarchy definitions.
• Know the business: map GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions before scoping data work.
• Remote-first environment; some duties may fall outside standard hours.
