Cribl is hiring an Analytics Lead to act as an internal data consultant and product owner across GTM, People, and Finance. You will design self-serve data solutions and own the data UX for internal stakeholders, combining management consulting rigor with advanced data practice.

You will oversee analytics end-to-end, translating complex questions into actionable insights and collaborating across time zones, with a focus on marketing analytics, attribution, and funnel metrics to support executive

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, data, or a related role, including direct partnership with senior business leaders.
• Deep knowledge of GTM commercial drivers, with hands-on experience in marketing analytics (attribution, campaign measurement, funnel analysis).
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with the modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt) and BI tools with semantic layers (Omni, Looker, Sigma).
• Experience building or directing predictive models (propensity, churn) and experiments.
• Track record presenting analysis to executives that influenced decisions.

Responsibilities

• Executive storytelling and audience tailoring: translate analyses into clear narratives for diverse audiences to drive decisions.
• Product mindset: treat analytics as a product, rank work by impact, maintain a shared plan, and build quick-to-use analyses.
• Problem framing and translation: turn ambiguous questions into defined requirements and own analytics end-to-end.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management: partner with stakeholders, align priorities, and drive clarity on complex business challenges.
• AI tooling: leverage AI tools to enhance capabilities, improve efficiency, and drive innovation.
• Analytics liaison: guide marketing data decisions about campaign performance, lead tracking, attribution, and funnel analytics.
