Job summary

Cribl, a B2B SAAS data observability company, seeks an Analytics Lead to act as an internal data consultant and product owner. You will design self-serve data solutions across GTM, People, Finance, and own the Data UX for internal stakeholders.

You will translate questions into defined requirements, partner across functions, and apply AI tooling to enhance analytics. Strong storytelling and marketing analytics are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics or related role with senior leaders.
• Deep knowledge of GTM drivers, marketing analytics and funnel analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and modern data stack tools (Snowflake, dbt, BI with semantic layers).

Responsibilities

• Translate analyses into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
• Treat analytics as a product; prioritize work by impact.
• Define requirements and own analytics end-to-end.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive decisions.
• Leverage AI tools to boost analytics capabilities.
