Cribl is hiring an Analytics Lead to act as our internal data consultant and product owner. You will own the Data UX for internal stakeholders across GTM, People, Finance, and other units, solving ambiguous business challenges with self-serve data solutions.

You will combine management consulting rigor with hands-on data practice, building analyses that drive decisions and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency. This remote-first team collaborates across time zones and functions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, data, or a related role.
• Deep knowledge of GTM commercial drivers, with hands-on marketing analytics experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Snowflake and dbt.
• BI tools with semantic layers (e.g. Omni, Looker, Sigma).
• Fluency is the bar; comfortable with AI-assisted modeling to move faster.
• Experience building or directing predictive models (e.g. propensity, churn) and experiments.
• Track record of presenting analysis to executives that influenced a decision.
• Strong written communication: turn analysis into actionable memos.

Responsibilities

• Translate analyses into clear narratives for different audiences to drive decisions.
• Treat analytics as a product; learn user needs and build reusable analyses.
• Turn ambiguous questions into defined requirements and own analytics end-to-end.
• Serve as strategic partner to cross-functional stakeholders and align priorities.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance capabilities and efficiency.
• Provide strategic guidance on marketing data, campaign performance, attribution, and funnel analytics.
