Cribl is growing its analytics capability and seeks an Analytics Lead to act as internal data consultant and product owner. You will work across GTM, People, Finance, and other units to design self-serve data solutions, translating complex analyses into actionable insights.

You will own the internal Data UX and partner with executives to drive decisions. You will apply a product mindset to analytics, prioritize impact, and build analyses that stakeholders can act on quickly, leveraging AI

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, data, or a related role, including direct partnership with senior business leaders.
• Deep knowledge of GTM commercial drivers, with hands-on experience in marketing analytics (attribution, campaign measurement, funnel analysis).
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with the modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt) and BI tools with semantic layers (Omni, Looker, Sigma).
• fluency in English; able to use AI-assisted modeling to move faster.
