Job summary

Cribl, a B2B SAAS data observability software company, seeks an Analytics Lead to act as internal data consultant and product owner. You will own analytics end-to-end across multiple business units, turning ambiguous questions into actionable insights with a product mindset.

You will collaborate with GTM, People, and Finance teams, leverage SQL, Snowflake, dbt, and BI tools to build self-serve data solutions, and present recommendations to executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, data, or a related role with senior leadership partnership.
• Hands-on marketing analytics experience (attribution, funnel analysis).
• Proficient in SQL and familiar with the modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt) and BI tools with semantic layers.
• Ability to translate analyses into clear executive guidance.

• Product mindset: treat analytics as a product; rank work by impact and maintain a shared plan.
• Problem framing & translation: turn ambiguous questions into defined requirements.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management: align priorities and drive clarity on challenges.
• AI tooling: leverage AI to enhance analytics capability and efficiency.
• Analytics liaison: advise on marketing data, campaign performance, attribution, and funnel analytics.
