Cribl is a B2B SAAS data observability company hiring an Analytics Lead to act as internal data consultant and product owner across GTM, People, Finance and more. You will design self-serve data solutions that drive action and own the Data UX for internal stakeholders.

The role requires 7+ years in analytics, strong SQL, experience with Snowflake and dbt, and a track record of influencing executives. You’ll translate analyses into clear narratives, partner across functions, and help shape our

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, data, or related role, with direct partnership to senior leaders.
• Deep knowledge of GTM drivers, marketing analytics, attribution and funnel analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with modern data stack and BI tools with semantic layers.
• Ability to use AI-assisted modeling to move faster and translate analyses into actions.
• Experience building or directing predictive models (propensity, churn) and experiments.
• Track record presenting analysis to executives that influenced decisions.
• Strong written communication to turn analysis into actionable memos.

• Executive storytelling and audience tailoring to drive decisions.
• Product-minded analytics—treat analytics as a product with high-impact, self-serve solutions.
• Frame problems, define requirements, and own analytics end-to-end.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management and strategic partnerships across units.
