Job summary

Cribl, a B2B SAAS data observability company, is seeking an Analytics Lead to act as internal data consultant and product owner. You will design self-serve data solutions across GTM, People, Finance, translating analyses into actions for executives.

You'll own the Data UX, framing problems, partnering with stakeholders, and leveraging SQL, Snowflake/dbt, and BI tools to drive decisions. Remote-first environment across time zones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, data, or a related role.
• Deep knowledge of GTM drivers with hands-on analytics experience in marketing.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with the modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt) and BI tools with semantic layers (Omni, Looker, Sigma).
• Fluency is expected; use of AI-assisted modeling to move faster in business contexts.
• Experience building or directing predictive models (propensity, churn) and experiments.
• Track record presenting analyses to executives that influenced decisions.
• Strong written communication: turning analysis into actionable memos.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across stakeholders and decline requests with a clear reason.

• Product mindset: treat analytics as a product, prioritize by impact and enable quick decision-making.
• Problem framing & translation: define requirements from ambiguous questions and own analytics end-to-end.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management: partner with leaders to align priorities and drive clarity.
• AI tooling: leverage AI tools to enhance analytics and drive efficiency.
• Analytics liaison: guide marketing data, campaign performance, attribution, and funnel analytics.
