Cribl is seeking an Analytics Lead to act as an internal data consultant and product owner. You will own the Data UX for stakeholders across GTM, People, Finance, and more, designing self-serve analytics that drive action.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, data, or a related role with senior leadership exposure.
• Hands-on experience in marketing analytics, attribution, funnel analysis, and GTM drivers.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with the modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt) and BI tools with semantic layers.

Responsibilities

• Translate analyses into clear narratives for different audiences to drive decisions.
• Treat analytics as a product; rank work by impact and build reusable analyses.
• Turn ambiguous questions into defined analytics requirements and own the end-to-end process.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and drive clarity on complex challenges.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance analytics and efficiency.
• Provide strategic guidance on campaign performance, lead tracking, attribution, and funnel analytics.
