Job summary

Choice Hotels International seeks an Analytics and Visualization Manager who turns data into decisions. You’ll shape analytics products spanning BI, AI tooling, and storytelling for franchise networks, commercial teams, and senior leaders.

As a senior contributor within a high-performing Analytics team, you will architect end-to-end data products, deliver AI-generated summaries, and enable self-service insights that reduce ad hoc requests while driving revenue and efficiency across business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in analytics, data, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7 years building Tableau dashboards and analytics data products.
• 5–7 years writing advanced SQL for Redshift or similar databases.
• Experience delivering analytics products tied to revenue, cost, or performance.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar in agile environments.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools to accelerate analytics delivery.
• Strong communication to translate data concepts for executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Tableau dashboards with AI-generated narratives.
• Drive adoption of automated insight surfaces and AI integrations.
• Develop roadmap for analytics data products aligned with business strategy.
• Translate model outputs into clear visual narratives for decision-making.
• Define analytics design standards and governance.
