Job summary
Choice Hotels International, Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Analytics Manager to lead analytical efforts for Global Sales. You will design scalable models for performance reporting, forecasting, scenario planning, territory design, quota setting, and capacity planning.
Partner with Sales Operations and executives to translate complex questions into actionable insights driving sales strategy. The role is a senior individual contributor with no direct reports and offers a competitive compensation
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Planning Analytics, or related analytics field.
- Experience developing performance reporting, forecasting methodologies, scenario models, and decision-support analyses.
- Experience translating analytical findings into senior stakeholder recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and improvement of sales performance reporting across Global Sales.
- Develop forecasting and scenario models to estimate future sales and identify risks/opportunities.
- Lead analytical work for territory and vertical definition, account assignment, and quota/goal setting.
- Partner with Sales Operations to translate requirements into analytical workstreams and deliverables.
