Job summary

Choice Hotels International is seeking an Analytics and Visualization Manager to turn data into decisions across franchise operations, commercial teams, and senior leaders. You will lead the design of analytics experiences at the intersection of BI, AI tooling, and storytelling.

The role involves building predictive models, generating AI-assisted summaries, and enabling business users to explore data independently to impact revenue, costs, and performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in analytics, data, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience building Tableau dashboards and analytics data products, including ownership of semantic layers and enterprise-scale reporting infrastructure.
• 5–7 years of experience writing advanced SQL queries, with deep experience in Redshift or other columnar databases.
• Experience architecting analytics products that support business unit revenue, cost, or performance outcomes.
• Proven experience using AI-assisted tools to accelerate code development and automate reporting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of Tableau dashboards with AI-generated narrative commentary for operational and executive audiences.
• Define and govern analytics product design standards and semantic layers.
• Collaborate with data scientists to translate model outputs into clear, actionable visuals and narratives.
• Architect and maintain data sources, governance, and infrastructure for scalable analytics experiences across business units.
• Drive self-service analytics adoption and governance across the organization.
