Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in analytics, data, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7 years building Tableau dashboards and analytics data products with enterprise-scale reporting.
• 5–7 years writing advanced SQL queries, with deep experience in Redshift or similar.
• Experience architecting analytics products that support revenue, cost, or performance outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Tableau dashboards with AI-generated narrative commentary for operational and executive audiences.
• Define and govern analytics product design standards and governance across the team.
• Develop and own a roadmap for analytics data products aligned with business unit strategy.
• Collaborate with data scientists to translate models into actionable visual narratives for high-stakes decisions.
• Architect and maintain analytics data products and self-service analytics capabilities.
