Job summary

Capital One Travel is seeking a Data Analysis Manager for Flights to own metrics, dashboards, and analyses across hotel offerings. You will partner with product and engineering to define KPIs, build insights, and shape data models that empower fast, reliable decision-making.

You’ll lead with data fluency, collaborate across teams, and guide experiments, data quality, and strategic tests. This role offers ownership of a complex data landscape with meaningful impact on the Hotels product line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field with 6+ years of analytics experience or Master’s with 4+ years.
• At least 4 years of professional data analysis work.
• At least 4 years of programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Define KPIs with Product and Engineering and build dashboards.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to drive decision-making and prioritization.
• Develop tracking plans and dashboards for product launches and AB tests.
• Design clean AB tests in partnership with Product.
• Troubleshoot data tracking and trends.
