Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business/finance/economics/statistics/math or analytics.
• Experience in sales analytics, forecasting, and planning analyses.
• Ability to lead complex analytical workstreams end-to-end.
• Experience translating analyses into actionable business recommendations.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, BI tools, and CRM analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of sales performance reporting and analytics across Global Sales.
• Build forecasting and scenario models to quantify risks and opportunities.
• Develop territory, account coverage, and quota/goal setting methodologies.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and senior stakeholders to define requirements.
• Document methodologies, calculations, and assumptions for transparency.
