Job summary

Razorfish is seeking a highly analytical Analytics Manager to support media analytics and measurement for clients. This role transforms data into clear, actionable insights that inform campaign optimization and future planning.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in media, strategy, and engineering to extract insights and drive better business outcomes. This hybrid role requires 4 days in office in New York.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in media, digital or marketing analytics.
• Strong understanding of paid media metrics and performance drivers.
• Experience translating data into insights and actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with media measurement frameworks and performance analysis.
• Proficiency in web analytics and visualization tools such as Adobe Analytics and GA4.
• Experience with data visualization platforms (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
• Strong SQL and cloud database skills (BigQuery preferred).
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Effective communication to present insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cross-channel media performance and deliver insights to support campaign optimization and planning
• Applies core media principles to distinguish between symptoms and drivers of performance, connecting media investment, audience strategy, creative effectiveness, and channel mix to business outcomes
• Support development and execution of measurement frameworks, learning agendas, and testing strategies
• Partner with media teams to identify in-flight optimization opportunities
• Deep dive into media & web analytics platforms to diagnose performance as needed
• Develop dashboards and reports that are intuitive and decision-focused
• Drive reporting automation and data architecture
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across outputs
• Lead reporting presentations with insight-driven storytelling
